Potential Curb Appeal of Casa Lola

It's a little curb apalling now, but I hope y'all see the same potential that I do. :)

Some pics of the exterior - these are the ones I have handy. The first is a scan of the picture from the realtor flyer and the other two are lo-res pics also from the realtor...I,um, forgot to take pics of the outside. oops! There will be interior pics in the next few days as I begin to paint.
